Which cities are the Opera tickets available? Opera tickets are available in the following cities : Ankara, İstanbul, İzmir,Mersin, and Antalya. Why do I need to register? The registration system provides a simple way to review and keep track of your purchases. You can view the available shows and relevant information without registering. However, to purchase tickets through our system, you must register and set up a personal account. Are all the seats of the event venue available for online purchases? Yes. You can purchase tickets for any seats in the venue online. Our system is fully integrated with the box office. There are no seats specifically allotted for box office sale. Specific seat types are listed in the table below. Premium tickets must be bought seperately For example, you cannot purchase orchestra (premium) and any other seating tickets at the same time. You need to make two separate purchases. Move your mouse on a seat icon to see the section and number of the seat.
What is the latest time frame that I can purchase online tickets for a show? You can purchase online tickets up to one hour before the start of the show. Where can I retrieve the tickets that I purchased online? You can immediately retrieve your tickets from any State Opera and Ballet box office after a successful purchase. We suggest that you obtain your tickets at least 15 minutes before the start of a show. Tickets held at box office can only be retrieved by the cardholder with a valid photo ID such as a state ID, driver's license or passport. If the tickets are for somebody other than the cardholder, the cardholder must specify the person(s). Online Ticket Purchase Fill in the personal account information form to obtain a sign in name and a password. To sign in, use your sign in name and password, and click on the sign in button. You can access your account information after you successfully sign in. To purchase tickets, click on the buy tickets button. Choose the city for the show and then choose the show that you would like to see. Once you select the show, a seating chart appears. Different section seat purchases must be made separately from other orders. To choose an available seat in the seating chart, left click with your mouse once to select the seat. Your selection will be colored in green. To deselect an already chosen seat colored in green, move your mouse on the seat and then left click once more. Our purchase
system is real-time. Hence, some seats may become unavailable during your
purchase. The system will update the seating chart to let you know the current
availability of your selection. As you make more seat selections, the total number of seat selections shows up in the Normal or Discounted tickets information box. You can change the number of discounted tickets in your selection using the discounted ticket information box. You also need to update the normal ticket information box to reflect the final allocation of your selection. Note that tickets at discounted prices are only offered to students at this time. After selecting the seats and allocating the discounted tickets (if any), left click the confirm button. The number of seats in the Normal and Discounted seat information boxes must be equal to the number of selected (green) seats to continue. Selecting Group Seating To select seats for large group sizes, you can use the automatic seat selection feature. First allocate the number of seats in the Normal and Discounted seat information boxes. Then, click on the left-most seat of the row of your choice. The system will automatically allocate seats from that row. If there are not enough seats available at the row of your choice, you can select other rows by clicking on the left-most seat until all your tickets are allocated on the seating chart. Purchasing tickets. After the successful selection of the seats, you will be asked for your credit card number and its expiration date. After this, you will be asked to confirm your order. Please press once to avoid duplicate orders. The system gives a confirmation message after a successful purchase. An error message will be displayed if there are any problems with your order. |
